With over 25 years in the IT industry I have the experience to successfully manage your business' networking, cloud and hosting needs. Starting as a teenager developing web sites for various entities I was awarded "Student of the Year" by my hometown for creating a website for the city. Following that I gained experience as a System Administrator for a small local ISP where I dipped my feet into networking and learned to manage web hosting, email, DNS and other aspects of providing internet services to both residential and business customers. From there I continued advancing in my career into the enterprise IT arena by joining the IT department at a local government agency. Starting in the Operations Division as a Computer Operator working with backups and data entry I eventually became a System Administrator for the enterprise application suite. I am now a full-time Network Engineer as part of a team where I have gained knowledge in all aspects of IT from networking, wireless, virtualization, 24/7 operations and security. I have hands on experience from technologies and vendors such as Cisco, IBM, Dell, HPE, Aruba, Palo Alto, VMware and Microsoft. My passion for other technologies outside of my day-to-day duties have given me knowledge in FreeBSD, Linux, SQL databases, AWS and much more!
